Patricia Hobbs is Chair of the Board of the Indian River Festival. She took her first painting class when she arrived in PEI ten years ago. She paints mainly for her own pleasure, enjoying the challenge of tackling different subject matters. Pat is currently taking oil painting lessons in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and is enjoying working with a different medium, different techniques and a new palette.
